Through my extensive work experience in the areas of business consulting, project management, organisation development in many parts of the world, I have seen first-hand how stressful our fast-paced jobs & life-styles have become. As a result, we often lose the connection to ourselves, to others & what matters most in our lives.

I firmly believe that mindfulness practice is a wise response to this new normal. It can equip everyone with a tool-kit for a calmer, balanced & more meaningful way of living & working.

I offer MBSR 8-week courses to individuals in open group formats and within organisations.
The course teaches participants mental skills to help them deal more skilfully with challenges in life.

MBSR can help improve mental & emotional well-being by offering focus, clarity, and improved resilience to stressful situations.

Participants learn to:

regulate their attention

improve their self-awareness

get to know their own physical & mental boundaries

recognise their habitual patterns of bahaviour

get to know their stress triggers & stress reactions

mindfully respond rather than react

distance themselves from worrying thoughts

relieve anxiety, irritability & mood swings
